Gina is excited to bring her healing touch to Leaf & Limb’s clients. A native of Boston, she has practiced for more than 17 years in Seattle, Chicago, and now Indy! Gina was trained as a massage therapist in Seattle and has more than 1,000 hours of training in therapeutic massage techniques. She enjoys yoga and completed 500 hours of yoga teacher training in Costa Rica in 2010. Gina’s work is based on structural integration and employs deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, Swedish, and muscle energy techniques in her practice. Gina also incorporates yogic alignment and breath work to facilitate health, vitality, increased range of motion, and deep healing. In addition to being a practicing massage therapist, Gina is a talented jazz singer and holds a degree in digital photography. She is the proud mama of a cat named Sydney and a dog named Adele.
Barbara believes that therapeutic massage has the ability to relax, rehabilitate, and retrain your body and mind. She works with each client to design an individualized treatment plan that will bring balance back to the body and provide long-lasting effects. Barbara incorporates a wide-range of techniques in her work that include: circulatory, deep tissue, craniosacral, neuromuscular, myofascial release, acupressure, reflexology, Tui Nua, Thai Massage and Reiki techniques. Barbara has over 500 hours of training from study at Mecca School of Massage (Indianapolis), Pacific College of Oriental Medicine (Chicago) and Baan Hom Samunphrai (Chiang Mai, Thailand). Barbara believes that our lives have become way too hectic and loves providing clients with the chance to rebalance their day with massage, aromatherapy, and a quiet cup of tea.
